    (Jan 2012)
    Margaret Bickmore
retired as a La Leche League Leader at the end of 2011. LLL gave her a support network and friendships that saw her through breastfeeding her own three children. For 11 years as an LLL Leader she provided information and support to other women interested in breastfeeding. Margaret will miss the wonderful mothers and beautiful babies and children she was privileged to meet through LLL. She would like to assure all mothers of young children that mothering through breastfeeding, though sometimes intense, is really worth it!
